Remuneration: CTC starting from 1.5 Lpa to 3.0 Lpa. If we like the candidate, we would offer him equity making him an owner of the company in his own right.

Job title: Area Sales Manager –ASM

Work Location: Jaipur & All over India

Division/Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports to: Sr. Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Formulating fruitful business development strategies to ensure long term success
• Setting standards and objectives for different stores and departments
• Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree preferred

Job title: PHP Developer

Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding client requirements and functional specifications.
• Build efficient, testable and reusable PHP modules.
• Develop clean, bug free code and ensure coding quality meets industry standards.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong Optimization and functionality.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
• Along with development tasks ensure end to end delivery of the assigned modules.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Proven software development experience in Core PHP.
• Should be innovative and ready to take challenges & should be able to lead the team in future. A hand on experience on PHP MVC Framework (Codeigniter/Laravel) and worked on dedicated server is must.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML 5, CSS 3, core Javascript AJAX. Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, relational databases, version control systems and developing web services.
• Should be sound in data structure analysis and algorithm design. Time Complexity expertise would be preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and basic Linux commands will be an added advantage.
• The ability to communicate effectively.
