They are tentatively looking for 3 candidates in Implementation and Support (technical knowledge must) – CTC will be around 1.8-2.5 LPA

Along with the interns in Sales/ Marketing – which will be on internships till 31 March 2019, at variable stipend, upon performance we will bring them on role, with CTC of 1.8-3.0 LPA

JOB DESCRIPTION- Implementation Engineer
Position : Implementation Engineer
Job Profile:
1. Perform implementation process requirement analysis and Co ordinate the same with the teammates
2. Scheduling appointments for Implementation of various software’s to team members.
3. Resolving technical queries of the clients.
4. Train client technical staff & users on software usage and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for same.
5. Assist clients to monitor software implementation & assist them to make appropriate customization as per the requirement.
6. Co  ordinating with  HO and teammates
Required Experience : Fresher’s/ 1-2 yrs of relevant Exp
Qualification :B.E or B. Tech or BCA
Required Technical Skills :Good Technical Skills & Good Communication

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Target the potential new clients, build a robust pipeline of opportunities and grow the business with enterprise accounts
  • Work with stakeholders to plan approaches, pitches and develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Manage Hot, Warm and Cold leads and converts them into client.
  • Engage with clients post sales for a successful implementation
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
  • Provide timely weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and ensure data is accurate
  • Attend various road shows, seminar, HR events, Conferences etc to increase the Brand awareness and leads.

Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales
  • 1-2 years experience (advantage) fresher’s may apply as well
