The campus of Rajasthan Institute of Engineering & Technology was ablaze with the valedictory function of the mega Two-Day-Event of Ideationology Challenge 2019, and inauguration of the Ideationology Lab organized by the RTU (Rajasthan Technical University, Kota) in coordination with the Intellecta, Inc.USA, on 19th May, 2019.
The mission of the Ideationology Lab is to skillify the pre-screened Engineering students in the fields of advanced IT technologies like Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Virtual/Augmented Reality, Drone Design and programming, Internet of things, Data Analytics, Devops etc.
The two day event ended on Sunday, 19th May, 2019, with the winner declaration and prize distribution ceremony.
The luminaries on this occasion, who graced the dais were, Prof Nishchal verma, IIT Kanpur, Mr Arun Singhal, MD Accenture, Delhi, Prof Vivek Srivastav,NIIT Delhi, Mr Vikas Mittal, CEO, 360 degree Transformation.
The occasion of prize distribution was initiated by Chairman BOG, RIET, Shri R S Tomar, Principal, RIET Prof. (Dr.) Saroj Hiranwal, Vice Principal (RIET), Dr Sachin Sharma, Dean Academics RIET, Prof Kapil Dev Sharma, T&P Advisor RIET, Prof D D Johri. All the HODs, faculty members and students also put in their presence. More than 100 participants and 21 shortlisted teams had encountered each other in this challenge, “The Battle of Ideas”, in the “Ideationology Challenge 2019”. The winners of the challenge were the following:-
The first prize was of Rs 25,000, was awarded to TEAM HEALTH RANGERS from MGPS SCHOOL , JAIPUR
The second prize was of Rs15, 000 was awarded to TEAM RCS from SKIT COLLEGE , JAIPUR.
The third prize of Rs 10,000 was shared between two teams .
Cash prize of Rs.5000 to TEAM DR.SAAB from RIET COLLGE , JAIPUR.
Cash Prize of Rs. 5000 to team NAV ASSIST from Manipal University Jaipur.
A special jury award was awarded to Jai Nanda from SANDUNS SCHOOL , JAIPUR.
The vote of thanks on this occasion was extended by Principal, RIET Prof. (Dr.) Saroj Hiranwal.
The event was concluded by The Founder and senior consultant of Intellecta Inc Mr Ravi Gupta.
All the guests and dignitaries of various organizations, who were present on the occasion, highly praised the Function and “Ideationology Lab”, including the performance of various participants of the challenge. RIET looks forward to many such moments in the future.
